DIAMOND hits - query and subject coverage and their ratio

Currently, we compute only qlen/slen but that does not include the alignment length. We should also compute

• query coverage: qcov = (|qend - qstart| + 1) / qlen
• subject coverage: scov = (|send - sstart| + 1) / slen
