Document the common DNS problem that prevents people from accessing internal howto cards (and ppc)

  • maybe this doesn't necessitate a completely independent card; we can add it to others if there are some
  • it should link to and back with VPN cards (First check you have VPN! And you have VPN yet still no internal servers? this might be the problem.)
