LUMS accounts should be requested via ServiceNow

Hi, the Owncloud card tells people to contact the sysadmins in order to get a LUMS account for externals. Instead it should tell them to open a ticket on https://service.uni.lu/ in the category LCSB IT -> BioCore -> Account Management Services -> LUMS - New account.
