Inconsistent names and IDs for viral replication
I found that there are multiple inconsistently named (and identified) variants of the phenotype node representing viral replication. All of the following variants exist across the models (listing the name and references in square brackets):
Viral replication ['MESH_2012:D014779']
viral replication cycle ['MESH_2012:D014661']
viral RNA genome replication ['GO:GO:0039694']
virus replication ['GO:GO:0019079']
Virus replication cycle []
virus_replication []
I am trying to set up downstream analysis that uses viral replication as an endpoint and so having a single consistent phenotype name and ID across the COVID-19 Disease Map would be important. What would be a good consensus name and ID? I think MESH D014779 is reasonable, for instance.
