Implement suggestions from Lucie

• Correct the margins on 1366x768
• Revert the position of tweets and news
• change layout of about pages (menu | text | videos) instead of (menu | text&video)
• correct the youtube videos so that on mobile they fit to width
• put more space between menu and content
• use better logo of funding and governance
• increase margin on some of the pages
• put services on the front page in the box
• put "support...training..." in the separate box
