Loading few plugins issue

There is error (below image) about loading the plugin, in case I uploaded few (6) plugins and they are displayed in two rows in the right panel. Then I remove any of them, right panel displayed 5 plugins in one row. Now, loading of a following plugin is crashed - below error. Like problem is due the need of getting 2nd row.
