change typo allel on allele in overlay data column

Currently in genetic-variant data overlay there is column allel_frequency. Please change it's name on allele_frequency. Also, the notification on deprecated columns should be changed as allele_frequency is correct name.
I will correct the same typo in minerva/doc.
