Export to SBGN occurs in incorrect format

Export to SBGN-ML occurs in incorrect format. Exported file can be uploaded to MINERVA, but does not display some reactions. Map displayed as SBGN, adds modifications that are not included in original CellD file. Also, exported file cannot be open in Newt.
