PATO and FlyBase annotators do not work

recently added support for annotations do not work for the two below.

PATO - the hyperlink in left panel is not active
FlyBase - is it this db https://registry.identifiers.org/registry/funcbase.fly ? Annotator is not added in left panel at all. Also, I can not open their website in browser (not sure it it is related?)
