Not all CellD NOTES are displayed in project

It depends on the species, for instance for phenotype the NOTES are not displayed at all in the left panel, while for ions or small molecules the Charge is not displayed. Compartments NOTES are not displayed.
Also question, if I put in NOTES e.g. synonyms and automatic annotation also finds some, what should be displayed? (see image below for H+ - the information between CellD and MINERVA differ).
Also, Z-Index does not work (see ULK1 and CREBBP).
