DOI identifier contains ASCII, minerva does not create hyperlink annotation

DOI annotator contains /, what CellDesigner saves as %2F. MINERVA does not read that syntax and does not create hyperlink annotation in the left panel see DOI-check-map.
When %2F manually changed on /, hyperlink appears, see DOI-check-slash-map.
