Complex (element) in a complex (group) describes the complex group

GPML has two representations for complexex:

  • Complex (element), CE
  • Complex (group), CG

CG is simply a property of the grouped elements (like grouping of objects in graphical editors), but cannot be given a name nor identifiers. If a CG contains a CE, the CE should be removed and treated as a source of name and annotations for the CG.

In case of multiple CEs in a CG, the first CE is used to define the CG.

In the example, the "recognition complex" entity should be removed from the complex, and used as a name and source of annotation to the complex "E745A".
