Change the way reaction anchors/split points are represented

Way the reaction connectors/anchors are drawn should be simplified.

All reactant/product anchors points, and split points for heterodimer association/dissociation and truncation should be represented the same way, by a small, solid dot, with the diameter of 3*thickness of the reaction line.
