bug with parsing sbml
there is probably bug when parsing sbml with layout:
Point 'end [ layout:x="3108" layout:y="2554.5"]' is associated to the different parent 'lineSegment [ xsi:type="LineSegment"]'. Please remove it there before adding it to this 'lineSegment [ xsi:type="LineSegment"]' or add a clone of it to this element
