change warning in the left panel in case DAPI not logged in

• Shorten time of mouse hover to 0.1s over the !warning when drug/chemical search is not available in all db.
• Make triangle bigger and align it to the centre (image below, maybe these could work? font-size:large and vertical-aling:-webkit-baseline-middle)
