Data visualisation - Transparency - A suggestion for improving

I noticed something, and maybe there is a way to improve data visualisation. Can we use more transparency? It looks like now we have actual white in the mix: see the pale, almost-white rectangles on the top of the map (image attached). I believe we can get rid of that white. Basically, if “Overlay color for value=0” is much more transparent, the labels would be move visible. screenshot4 Taking into account that the underlying colour is already white, we do not need any more white in the overlay colours: like with aquarelle paintings. In other words, the intensity of blue and red would be the same but the labels will be more visible immediately.
