incorrect names displayed while uploading two (the same) projects simultainously

test-submaps-map---responsivity-clicktest-submaps-map---responsivity no anno.
Refreshing shows that there are two different projects but somehow first one is displayed two times.
It seems to happen when the same source file is uploaded two times in a row.
