file is recognised as CellD instead of SBML during upload

This file: model-30.xml has been exported as SBML from CellDesigner: reactions02.xml

When choosing file model-30 in Upload window - the file format dropdown list is set on CellDesigner instead of SBML. After manually setting file format = SBML upload is successful.
