Arrows shapes

Some arrows on the vector map have a different shape compared to those on the raster map.

• standard arrow appears thinner

• rhombus arrow is thicker

• crossbar arrow is slightly off target (to be checked - possibly a frontend issue)

• add fill attribute to the shape, so circles would be properly rendered
