feature request (bug?): annotations follow what seems to be an old scheme (urn:miriam...) and some namespaces are no longer documented

Miriam seems to have completely moved from using URNs to using URLs (of the form identifiers.org/<namespace>:<id>). This could be implemented in Minerva with the automatic annotation of species (if not already, I'm not sure), and already existing maps could be updated with this new scheme. Also some namespaces seem to have changed in Miriam's registry (identifiers.org), e.g., obo.go is now GO and compact identifiers are now of the form GO:<id> rather than obo.go:GO%3A<id>.
