Build a map from a git repository

Allow specifying public git repository (or a subdirectory), which MINERVA can access and use to build a project. The path should be treated as a path to the root folder of the build, expecting to have a single .xml file as the main map, and MINERVA-compliant subfolders (submaps, overlays, glyphs).
