Admin panel: lost privileges to the map upon upload

After uploading an incorrect SBGN file (attached), the project was marked as "Failure", but when I tried to remove it, I got the following message:

ERROR
Access denied.
Please login as a different user or ask your administrator to change the permissions to access this resource.

My session didn't end. When I've uploaded a similar file, the same happened
