Admin panel: change names to icons on edit/remove/save buttons

In Projects and Users, for "Edit" and "Remove" buttons, please, use corresponding icons, not the text. In Configuration, the "Save" button used to be at the bottom of the page. Can it be put there? Saving every configuration item separately may not be the most efficient solution.
