SBGN view - visualization quirks

The "Display as SBGN" of CellDesigner file comes with some quirks:

• RNA shape overlaps the arrowheads (screenshot 1)
• Small molecules are reduced to circles (screenshot 1, retinoid acid), they should be displayed as "arena" shape, similar to Drugs
• all posttranslational modification sites are visible, not only the active ones (screenshot 2)
