Uploading zip file fails (OpenLayers)

Uploading a zip file produces the following Error message: "Problem with uploading map: Unknown model in "coords.txt" file: submaps/Proteasomal degradation. More details can be found in log file."

The same file can be uploaded to v11 without any issues.
