Suggestions for enhancement (v12)

I would suggest the following enhancements:

• add a "Check all" box to project privileges when adding a user (maybe also to other listings if it makes sense)
• a date column in the "Projects" view would be nice (for sorting)
• external resources should open in a new tab (this is e.g. not the case in the info->publications->PubMed ID. Maybe this only happens here, UniProt is fine e.g.)
• "Next page" and logo overlap:
