SBML structures cause upload errors

Some SBML strucures cause trouble during the upload process.

  1. <annotation> for the <model> causes "Parsing" to last for a long time

  2. Custom function definitions in <kineticLaw> cause upload to crash

Example contains both errors, <annotation>, lines 29-50 and <kineticLaw>, line 163: MODEL1710260004_url.xml
