Add project window - CSZ setup enhancement

Currently, if user checks only the box Custom semantic zooming contains multiple overlays the CSZ is not generated at all. That box must be checked together with Custom semantic zooming box to generate CSZ.

Please make the Custom semantic zooming contains multiple overlays inactive until box Custom semantic zoom is ticked.
