Harmonize column names in the overlay datasets

There are discrepancies in the column naming in the overlay datasets. Some are linked by "_" or "-" symbols (gene_name, pubchem-substance), some with a capital letter (lineWidth), some with whitespace (entrez gene).

  • All should be harmonized following a similar system
  • Whitespace should not be a concatenating symbol
