miRNA target interface: some Pubmeds not hyperlinked

When looking for hsa-miR-29a-3p, I found a Pubmed ID that was not correctly hyperlinked - 18434550, for BACE1. This is a valid Pubmed ID.

The reason for this is that miriam registry returned info that url is invalid (and this information was persisted in the database). I modified the code so information about invalid miriam entries is cached for one day (in case of valid entries it will be cached for much longer).
