A confirmation before removing an overlay in admin panel

Please put a window to confirm removing an overlay from admin panel with comment:
Do you want to delete overlay: "name"? Note: Please keep in mind that at least one of built-in overlays (Empty, Network, Pathways and compartment) must remain to allow on displaying the map. Removing these overlays is irreversible.
