Export to SBGN does not export some reactions

Export to SBGN does not export reactions:

• positive influence
• negative influence in case it reaches outside a compartment (at least one element, i.e. protein, is located on the compartment's border or outside it
• state transition / transport in case it reaches outside a compartment (at least one element, i.e. protein, is located on the compartment's border or outside it)

Checked on part of PDmap, exported as SBGN file and reuploaded to Minerva: model-3.sbgn
