Closing Add Project window takes infinitive

Opening Add Project window makes background dark - then closing with 'x' the window Add project takes infinitive, it says Processing all the time. Refreshing page stops that. After uploading any project, the next clicking on Add Project leaves background white, and window can be closed normally.
