Network and Empty overlay view show pathways

If CellD file is saved with layers set invisible, then:

1. Minerva shows these layers and its names.
2. Empty and Network overlay view display pathways.

In case a CellD file is saved with layers invisible, don't display "double" name of the pathway; hide pathways in Empty/Network view.
