For some reactions, reaction lines in SBML and CellDesigner differ

Attached is an example of an SBML file and from it generated CD file which shows a slightly different result (some of the lines which are orthogonal in SBML are not orthogonal in CD (at least in the way how they are interpreted by CellDesigner)).
