exceeded visits list & unfinished visits list

list should contain:

• default location of the person (including flying team location)
• what kind of appointments are missing (if any)
• what kind of appointments are done
• visit number
• remove finished column
• remove visit start

list should be filtered by every column, and more complex filters should be possible for fields:

• location
• type of missing appointment
