Every voucher should have a number of hours to be used attached to it. These hours can be used in few sessions. Information about date of use and how much of it was used should be stored in the system.

Voucher number should follow a schema: {ND_NUMBER}-{DATE}-{VOUCHER_TYPE_CODE}-{VOUCHER_PARTNER_CODE}-{SEQ_NUMBER}{CHECKSUM}
