Voucher functionality problems: Expiration, Partner, Full name with both code and name

• Make expiration customisable and set it for 6 months in PDP.
• Fix problems with partner not showing up in table, or number, or template.
• Fix template to include the mail of the issuer.
• Include both name and code in the dropdown menus.
