LIH data processing

When parsing LIH data here is the meaning of the row colors:

• red - refusal / resign, but mimgh be seen at PRC/Flying team
• orange/yellow - patient is included, but there are some missing things
• pink - she is not included in a study for now
• green - included in the study, everything is correct
• white - initial contact??? or nothing
