'cancel' at health partners takes back to wrong page

1. If at Health partner's details page you click cancel it takes back to WORKERS http://smasch-test.lcsb.uni.lu/doctors/ instead of HEALTH PARTENRS http://smasch-test.lcsb.uni.lu/doctors/HEALTH_PARTNER. Similar with go back on voucher partners, it goes back to Workers instead of http://smasch-test.lcsb.uni.lu/doctors/VOUCHER_PARTNER

2. Incorrect navigation bar, 'workers' instead of 'health partners':
