change behaviour of click on 'Rooms' and 'Subject types'

1. Click on 'Subject types' in the left panel hides the Configuration menu/list in the left panel.
2. 'Subject types' is not highlighted in the left panel when page is displayed.
3. Click on 'Rooms' highlights in the left panel 'Rooms' and 'Subject types'.
