+# P3.2: Incubator failure  
+
+This process applies in the event of issues with temperature or gas levels of an incubator.  
+
+1.	Contact the Animal facility manager (See LCSB-INF-01 Appendix 01) and explain him the situation  
+
+2.	Notify the Facility Manager, the LCSB duty call manager and their backup by email and fill the [Duty call report form](https://ulsurvey.uni.lu/index.php/936567?lang=en)
