Minor changes (link format and temporal link)

were rewritten in link. Temporal link for "Contribute using Gitlab Web IDE" which later should be changed into "How to create/edit HowTo card" that does not exist now.

P.s. There is 4 commits. 5th is mistake, which I do not know hot to remove from merge request. Mistake is "Merge branch 'FixLastCommits' into 'develop'", I merged into my fork not origin.
