Major update: streamline repository
- every card now has an
imgfolder - all images should be referenced as
img/<name>.png - several internal cards now external (see https://git-r3lab.uni.lu/R3-core/howto-cards-internal/issues/41 and https://git-r3lab.uni.lu/R3-core/howto-cards-internal/issues/20)
- automatic generation of index and headers (links should be fixed: https://git-r3lab.uni.lu/R3-core/howto-cards-internal/issues/37)
- reorganized owncloud card (https://git-r3lab.uni.lu/R3-core/howto-cards-internal/issues/45 and https://git-r3lab.uni.lu/R3-core/howto-cards-internal/issues/46)
