bash script for SEEG electrodes reconstruction

This script allows the segmentation of SEEG electrodes used for Deep Brain Stimulation to treat seizure for epilepsy patients. Additional software, SNAP-ITK and Convert3d (c3d), are required to properly run this script. A post-operative CT image in nii.gz format needs to be provided.
