This procedure has to be applied in the event of any problem with the animal facility, major water leak, fire or ventilation issue.
1. Call the PC security (+352 46 66 44 5555) and explain the situation and ask them to contact the SIL duty call.
2. If necessary, request the intervention of public rescue (112 for firemen and ambulances; 113 for the police) and be available when they arrive on site.
3. Notify the Facility Manager, the LCSB duty call manager and their backup by email and fill the [Duty call report form](https://ulsurvey.uni.lu/index.php/936567?lang=en).
