We probably need a day to get the reproducible system installs on the eci machines in order. Once this is done, it is possible to start modifying the current PCL build system -- it is difficult to predict how much time we are talking about here, a single build takes few hours, so it will probably need a week of testing.

As for the reporting, this is already in place for many separate pieces, but there should be one global report to encompass everything.

Zenodo is in testing status for ages. Last time I was working on it, there was talk about adding a contributor field. With this completed, a script should be made that can execute once per month to update the builds.
