Draft: Improving workflow to update MDC assets

• Workflow can now be sent to a variable number of remote nodes
• Request for assets metadata is canceled if remote catalog was not updated since last run
• Now retrieves the policy files associated with an asset and adds their location to the metadata of that asset policy
• Resets the updated status of remote catalog once the workflow has run
