Updating nvflare workflow

Francois Ancien requested to merge adding-data-pull-to-nvflare into main

This update adds steps to extract data from remote nodes 1 and 2 then providing that data to nvflare clients.

At the moment, this data is created randomly.

Once real data can be pulled from data providers, another MR will be created to replace the data extraction steps.
