Draft: unjustify the paragraphs

(should smudge out the visual right line which gets very disturbed with indented paragraphs (mainly lists))

@sandy.thill this is to test out the idea discussed at teams -- we want a good CPL on all paragraphs but having the exact "right border" line disturbed by lists is .....disturbing. This should not break too much stuff and ease up the situation in many places.

But the opinions on justification vary a lot; there are people who will forever disagree with ragged-right align 🗡
